He is survived by: his parents, Jeffrey Cummings and Samantha Cummings (Jacob); his siblings, LaNessah Cylaine Cummings and Clayton Jeffrey Cummings; his grandparents, Cindy Cummings (Edward Stackpole), Richard Dale Jacob, Penny Lynn Jacob and Mattie Brain; his great-grandparents, Juanita Adkins, JoAnn Jacob and Barb Lyons; his aunts and uncles, Rebecca Cummings, Rustie Cassidy (Josh), Kristie Jochim (Paul), Cami Jacob, Dustin Brain (Rebekah), Michael Roberts and Andrew Roberts; and his cousins, Andrew, Dylan, Abbagail Fuller of Dustin Bough, J. J., Jalen Cassidy, Waylon, Owen Jochim and Wyla Suthard. He is also survived by several cousins, great aunts and uncles.
