She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Atwood and Retha Atwood (Sweeden); her former husband Roy Allen; her husband James William Clark; and her siblings, Dorothy Allen, Dee Atwood, Earl Atwood, Marvin Atwood, Chester Wayne Atwood, Merel Atwood and Bernice Atwood.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Allen Voorhies (David), Jim Allen (Cathy), Rosemary Allen Biggs, Janice Allen Flynn, Daniel Allen, Gerald "Eddie" Allen, Pamela Allen Cunningham, Sharon Allen Johnson (OJ) and Brenda Allen Rose (Allen); and her siblings, Shearl Atwood, Hazel Sroczynski, Don Atwood, Phyllis Black and Ruby Cox. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
The family wishes any memorial donations in Helen's name be given to IU Health Hospice or Newark Cemetery.
