He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John C. Mowery and Emma Mowery (Booker); his wife Lola Mowery; his children, Steven Mowery (Melissa), Cathy Minks (Mike) and Doug Mowery (Nancy); his siblings, Carl Junior Mowery (Patty), Don Mowery (Jeanine) and Rita DeLong (Chuck); his half-brother Darrell Mowery; his stepsister Sue Flory; his grandchildren, Ami Vachon, Josh Minks, Meagan Hostetter, Steven Mowery and Mindy Hopkins; his great grandchildren, Clayton Vachon, Grace, Paige Hostetter, Jaxson Hopkins and Eva Mowery; and his stepchildren, David Chesnut (Tracy), Carolyn Spencer (D. J.), Marilyn Roberts (Steve), John Chesnut, Teresa Chesnut and Brian Chesnut (Darla).
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Walnut Grove Cemetery.
