He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Cullison and Ida Mae Cullison (King); his wife Barbara Cullison (Mauder); his sons, Stan and Tim Cullison; and his siblings, Berniece Clayton, Patsy Clayton, Joyce Lintz and William Cullison.
He is survived by: his son Bill Cullison (Pam); his grandchildren, J. L. Cullison, Austin Cullison, Troy Cullison and Allison Cullison; and his siblings, Donald Cullison, Nora Ellen McDaniel, Violet Tally and Herschell Cullison.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Sylvania Wesleyan Church.
