She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis York and Millie York (Barker); her husband Philip Haywood; her son-in-law Mont Toon; and her brother Charles York.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Ann Toon (Sophie) of Bloomington, P. D.; her grandchildren, Jade Toon (Cindy) of Indianapolis, Andrew Toon (Sharon) of Terre Haute and Drew Haywood of Seymour; her great grandchildren, Macy Toon of Indianapolis, Abby Franklin of Indianapolis, Perry Franklin of Indianapolis and Macy Franklin of Indianapolis; and her brother Chet York (Pat) of Greenville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Bloomfield United Methodist Church Building and Remodeling Fund.
