She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Burch and Mary Burch (McDonald); her husband Charles E. Cummings; her children, Charles Eugene Cummings and Lois Marie Cummings; her sister Mary Bell Pelso (Burch); and her nephew Asa Burch.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ann Jackson and Cenith Henderson (Vernon Scott); her grandchildren, Russell Jackson (Chris), Carl Jackson (Melissa), James Jackson (Mary), Auston Hollars, Jazmyne Avooske (Jacob), Preston Henderson and Landon Henderson; and her brothers, Edward Burch (Maudie), Dallas Burch, Robert Burch (Erma) and Charlie Burch (Rhonda).
