He was predeceased by: his parents, Lexie Roach and Pearl Roach (Cullison); and his brother Raymond Roach. He is survived by: his siblings, Lillie Mae Baird of Bloomfield, Ella Lou Carter of Bloomington, Nellie Sue Blevens of Linton and Howard Lester Roach of Round Rock, Texas.

The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the Mineral United Methodist Church in Doug's name.
