She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Ooley and Leona Mae Ooley (Tolen); and her granddaughter Elizabeth Anne Goad. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Smith of Bloomfield; her children, Jeremy Goad of Bloomington, Joshua Smith (Rose) of Bloomington and Jenna Smith of Bloomfield; her stepdaughter Katrina Wise (Eric) of Spencer; her grandchildren, Emily Byrd (Dylan) of Bloomington, Aaron Goad of Bloomington, Elyse Goad of Bloomington, Lilian Smith of Bloomington and Elinor Smith of Bloomington; her brother Dennis Ooley (Sandy) of Bloomington; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Smith of Bedford and Carol Kirk (Donnie) of Seymour.
