He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Cullison and Ida Mae Cullison (King); his wife Kathleen Cullison; and his siblings, Bill Cullison, Harold Cullison, Berniece Clayton, Patsy Clayton and Joyce Lintz.
He is survived by: his daughter Monna Frances Phillips of West Newton, Indiana; his grandson Toby Brower (Jennifer); his great grandchildren, Madeline Eve of Indianapolis, Katherine Elise of Indianapolis and Loren Elizabeth of Indianapolis; and his siblings, Herschel Cullison (Kathy), Violet Tally and Nora Ellen McDaniel.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to Sylvania Cemetery.
