She was predeceased by: her husband Carey "Ed" Skinner; and her grandchild Erin Neighbors. She is survived by: her parents, Charles Cook and Edna Cook (Roberts); her sons, Joshua Neighbors (Terri) of Bloomfield, Jeremy Skinner (Heather) of Linton and Jon Skinner of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Emily Neighbors and Matthew Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Jane Carter (Jim) of Bloomfield and Mike Cook (Karen) of Bloomfield.
