He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ernesto Polanco and Velma Lucille Polanco (Hubbard) of Millington, Tennessee; his wife Debra Polanco (Woods); his daughters, Jordan LaNae (Griffin) of Bloomfield and Kayla Rae Polanco of Bloomfield; his grandson Brooks Davis Hayworth of Bloomfield; his brother Scott Airhart (T. J.) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his parents-in-law, Polly Dogan (May) of Grenada, Mississippi and Jimmy Raye Woods; and his close friends, Ed "Papi" Tilley and Kenny "Jambo" Frashier.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society in David's name.
