She was predeceased by: her parents, Alston Wiley and Zella Viola Killian (Woodall); her husband Edward Hash; her son Edward A. Hash; and her siblings, Luther E. Killian and Rosie Carmichael.
She is survived by: her children, Michelle O'Rourke (Dennis) of Herford, Arizona and Robert G. Hash of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Ryan O'Rourke, Tricia O'Rourke, Beau Hash, Breanna Summers, Christina Bixler, Jonathan Terneus, Benjamin McEwan and Melody Long; her great grandchildren, Christopher Bixler, Braxton Bixler, Oliver Bixler, Thea Bixler, Adyn James Terneus, Rayline Dowin and Blue Dowin of Tennessee; and her sister Phyllis Mefford of Oolitic.
