He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Douda and Mary Douda (Herda); his wife Marjorie Ann Douda; his children, Beverly Jane Douda, Thomas Edward Douda (Tasha) of Lyons and Peter Micheal Douda; and his sister Nancy Farmer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Mary Jane Perry (Grant) of Neptune and Linda Douda of Indianapolis.
The family asks that all memorial contributions be made to The American Society of Naval Engineers Southern Indiana Section or Holy Angels Catholic School in Indianapolis.
