He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Pope and Marjorie Ruth Pope (Patmore); and his son Jay Pope. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Pope; his daughters, Tammy Tucker (Greg) and Susan Heaton (Wes); his grandchildren, Tyler Tucker (Rachel), Austin Tucker (Becca), Brittany Tucker, Heather Heaton and Hunter Heaton; his great grandchildren, Brantley, Easton, Waylon, Alice, Nora, Maverick and Jackson Tucker; his siblings, Robert Pope, Linda Pope and Patsy Pope; and his siblings-in-law, Dottye Hettler, Linda Merold and Mark Merold.
The family would like any memorial donations in Arlen's name be given to the Antioch Christian Church Building Fund or Camp Illiana.
