She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wade and Martha Wade (Russell); her husband Noel; and her siblings, Cecil, Norman, Ermil Kellams, Betty Mills and Patsy Cummings.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Andry (Olive) of Birdseye, Patti Ann Polen (Jerry) of Mentor and Noel S. Andry of Birdseye; and her brother Carrol "Grub" Wade (Sharon) of Fischers. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-eight great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
