"Jan" Leech of Birdseye; his daughter Rhonda Chumbley (Johnny) of Birdseye; his siblings, Patty Bruner of Shepherdsville, KY and David Leech (Linda) of Henderson, KY; his brother-in-law Jim McCaul of Pittsburg, PA; and his grandchildren, Brandon Chumbley and Austin Chumbley.
