He is survived by: his mother Laurel Sheets (Young); his wife Crystal Sheets; his children, Aliyah Sheets, Sammarra Cunningham, Austin Sheets, Lillie Cunningham and Kurt Sheets; his brothers, David Sheets (Cindy Sams), Mike Sheets (Lisa) and Mike Belviy; and his nephew Terry Sheets. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
