She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Archie and Opal Borden (Huff); her husband Ronald "Ron" Leech; and her siblings, Connie Mason, Dee Wiseman, Archie, Jeff and Donald Borden.
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda Chumbley (Johnny) of Birdseye; her siblings, Phyllis Yates (Danny) of Middleburg, Cendia Letterman of Jasper, Deb Ernst of Birdseye, Wyoma Gehlhausen of Birdseye, Travis Borden (Marilyn) of Haysville, Joe Borden (Donna) of Birdseye and Jake Borden (Sheila) of Doolittle Mills; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Borden of Birdseye and Imo Borden of Huntingburg; her grandsons, Brandon Chumbley (Michaela) and Austin Chumbley (Samantha); and her great grandchild Everly Rose Chumbley. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
