He is survived by: his daughter Mary Snelling (Eli) of Wickliffe; his brother Melvin Cook of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Dawn Detty (Joe) of Birdseye, Shawn Cook (Angie) of Velpen, Shanna Cook (Chad Schmitt) of Wickliffe, Erica Scherzinger (Ryan) of Jasper, Chris Cook (Ashley) of Newburgh and Andy Snelling (Dana McBride) of Wickliffe; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Detty, Kristen Detty, Levi Allinger, Wyatt Allinger, Grace Allinger, Hunter Snelling, Evan Snelling, Paige Cook, Meredith Cook and Grayson Cook.
