She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Chanley and Wilma Chanley (Abel); and her spouse Vern Provines. She is survived by: her children, Verna Provines Jones (Louis) of Platte City, Stan Provines (Lisa) of Bicknell, Rita Summers of Bicknell and Bryan Provines (Lynita) of Plainville, Indiana; and her sisters, Cheryl Jones of Bicknell and Sue Allen of New Mexico. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
