He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee Elliott Sr. and Mary Frances Elliott (Boggs); his siblings, Jeanie Richards (Paul), Rosemary Tice (Jim Dills), Vickie Bailey (Denny) and Ron E. Elliott; his sister-in-law Vickie Palmer; and his niece Trinity Adoseri.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Elliott; his children, Angela Payton of Bicknell, IN and Bobby Joe Elliott (Tracey) of Vevay, IN; his sisters, Wanda Kittle (Eddie) of Center Square, IN and Pauline Cunningham (Robert) of Fairview, IN; his grandchildren, Drew, Christian, Evan, Derek, Alex, Luke, Landen and Ciarra; his great grandchild Akito; and his brothers-in-law, Perry Thomas (Lauri) of Sullivan, IN, Kerry Thomas (April), Vincennes and Eddie Thomas (Lisa) of Robinson, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
