He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilgus Bowers and Juanita Bowers (Holmes); his wife Carol Bowers (Hislip); his daughter Beth Schleter (Ed) of Fort Branch; and his grandchildren, Evan and Emma Schleter.
