He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Norma Jean Whiteford Scarber; his daughter Kersandra Scarber; and his brother Christopher Scarber. He is survived by: his wife Helen L. Scarber; and his children, Robert Hiser of Lawrenceburg, IN, Nannette Foster of Batesville, IN and James Emmons of Bicknell, IN.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
