We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2018, at the age of 90, Joan Gowen (Bicknell, Indiana), born in Knox, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Halter and Ethel Frederick Halter; her spouse Robert V. Gowen; and her brothers, Johnny Halter, Charles "Charlie" Halter and Frederick "Fritz" Halter.
She is survived by: her children, Janet LeFevre and Mike Gowen; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Halter of Vincennes, IN and Norma Halter of Vincennes, IN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
