He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Hornback and Nellie Trowbridge Starret; his grandson Joshua Fagan; and his siblings, Roy Hornback and Linda Lou Hornback.
He is survived by: his children, Robin Fagan of Lebonan, MO and Steve Hornback of Merom, IN..
