She was predeceased by: her parents, George Mahaffey and Miriam "Myers" Mahaffey; her husband Raymond Hoffman; her grandson Robert Wood; and her son-in-law Steve Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Wood (Bill) of Texas, Dan Hoffman of Michigan, Joyce Tugan (Dave) of Alaska, Alice Ward of Indiana and Karen Hoffman of Indiana; and her brother William Mahaffey (Bill) of Michigan. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
