He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Hutsell and Nellie Hutsell; his wife Sandy Hutsell; and his siblings, Marie Bowen, Laura Baker, Bonnie Harbin, Betty Keeton, Lester Huttsell and Ray Huttsell.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Rhoten (Jeff), Becki DeCamp (Jeff) and Michael Hutsell; his siblings, Andy Huttsell and Loretta Wolf; and his grandchildren, Kelsey Rhoten, Emma DeCamp, Avery Hutsell and Elijah Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
