He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorman McKean and Lorraine McKean (Lehman). He is survived by: his wife Linda McKean of Berne, Indiana; his children, Craig McKean (Erin) of Berne, Indiana, April Spagnola (Leo) of Avon Lake, Ohio and Jill Stutzman (Rodrick) of Berlin, Ohio; his siblings, Richard "Dick" McKean (Janet) of Berne, Indiana, Carol Buckingham (Jim) of Geneva, Indiana and Barbara "Barb" Sprunger (Gregg) of Berne, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Lauren Hofstetter (Josh), Adrienne McKean, Derek McKean, Isabella Spagnola, Silas Spagnola, Lukas Spagnola, Mallory Stutzman, Blake Stutzman and Elise Stutzman.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Mennonite Church (566 W Main St, Berne, IN 46711).
Preferred memorials can be given to the Hope Clinic or First Mennonite Missions.
