He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Simon and Mary Jane Simon (Lash); and his siblings, Victor Simon, Jim Simon, Martha Gifford, Leola Sprunger, Mablene Moser and Verlin Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Simon (Neuenschwander) of Berne, IN; his children, Deborah J. Arnold (Timothy) and Alan W. Simon (Kathryn); his grandsons, Michael Arnold (Deborah) of Linn Grove, IN, Jeff Simon (Laura), Bob Simon and John Adair; and his great grandchildren, Bryce Arnold of Linn Grove, IN, Hannah Arnold of Linn Grove, IN, Courtney Arnold of Linn Grove, IN, Cassie Arnold of Linn Grove, IN, Britaney Arnold of Linn Grove, IN, Bentley Simon, Lincoln Simon, Brayden Simon and Aubrey Simon.
