She is survived by: her husband Ed Prentiss of Berne, Indiana; her children, Vicki Luebke (Gary) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Brad Hines (Margaret) of Aubrey, Texas and Janelle Miller of Fort Walton Beach, Florida; her sisters, Karen Lehman (Roy) of Berne, Indiana, Wanda Smith (Paul) of Columbus Grove, Ohio and Arlene Lehmann of Fort Wayne, Indiana; her grandson Kris Luebke (Ashley) of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her great grandchild Noel Luebke of Fort Wayne, Indiana..
