He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Smith (Ike). He is survived by: his close friend Lynn Steen of Berne, IN; his mother Judy Smith (Ryf) of Berne, IN; his son Chad A. Smith; his stepdaughter Kimberly Hart Paxson of Eaton, IN; his brother Mark A. Smith (Mary); and his granddaughters, Lauren Elizabeth Paxson of Eaton, IN and Katherine Grace Paxson. He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
Preferred memorials may be made to the Adams County Humane Society or St. Jude's Hospital.
