He is survived by: his wife Flossie B. Hilty of Berne, Indiana; his children, Willis Hilty (Anna Mae) of Shipshewana, Indiana, Marilyn Schwartz (Amos) of Monroe, Indiana, Arlen Hilty (Melinda) of Monroe, Indiana and Lavon Hilty (Mary) of Berne, Indiana; and his siblings, Sam L. Hilty of Berne, Joe L. Hilty (Mary Ann) of Monroe, Marvin L. Hilty (Martha) of Berne, Indiana, Lydiann Yoder of Vincennes, Anna Mae Lengacher (James) of Woodburn, Laura Miller of Berne, Indiana and Carol Troyer (Lavern) of Berne, Indiana. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
