He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Nussbaum and Lila Nussbaum (Sprunger); his wife Donna Lou (Crist); his daughters, Jackie Aalbregtse, Teresa "Shorty" Nussbaum and Barbara Minnich; and his siblings, Bernice Flueckinger, Mary Jane Sprunger, Ruth Schwartz and Jerome Nussbaum.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Rick Minnich of Decatur; and his grandchildren, Spencer Aalbregtse, Alyssa Wachtmann, AnnDee Reiff and Joel Minnich. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given through the funeral home to West Missionary Church.
