He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilman Moser and Martha Moser (Hiester); and his brothers, Clyde Moser and Derry Moser. He is survived by: his spouse Ninetta E. Barr; his son Tony Moser (Lora) of Berne; his grandsons, Colton Moser (Kelly) and Aaron Moser; his great grandchildren, Ryan Moser, Ryder, Rowan, River and Rhys Moser; and his siblings, Karen Herman of Berne, Phylis Black of Decatur, Patty Krasnancy of Alaska and Kenny Moser of Decatur.
