He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleo A. Hartman and Clara K. Hartman (Biberstein); and his siblings, Mildred E. Arnold, Louise M. Hartman, Shirley A. Swoveland and Leon L. Hartman.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Hartman of Berne, Indiana; and his children, Diann Ringger (Randy) of Berne, Indiana and Kevin Hartman (Kathy) of Florissant, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Berne Evangelical Church (5481 S 450 W, Berne, IN 46711).
