He is survived by: his wife Charlene Amstutz of Berne, Indiana; his sons, Brian Amstutz of Berne, Indiana and Curtis Amstutz (Kemper) of Berne, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Gabrielle Amstutz, Benjamin Amstutz and Joshua Amstutz.
