He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert C. Price and Catherine E. Wrightsman. He is survived by: his wife Lucy A. Price of Berne; his children, Penny Byers (Michael) of Fort Wayne and William D. Lare (Karen Beers) of Mount Gilead, OH; his brother Earl W. "Gus" Price (Bert) of Bradenton, FL; his grandchildren, Adam Lare, Chad Byers (Janna), Molly Lare, Abby Lare and Nathan Byers (McKenzie); and his great grandchildren, Bailey, Wyatt and Leyton.
