He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon Dantzler (Carter); and his brother Che Hines. He is survived by: his wife Sandra R. Cover; his children, David Carter Hines of Berne, IN, Dustin Zachary Cover (Shylar) and Dana Renea Hines (Adam); his grandchildren, Braylynn Cover, Rylyn Hines, Kanyn Cover, Elayna Cover, Arihana Hines and Jake Goss; his father Eddie Hines (Jeanne); his stepmother Sandra Carbone of Goshen, IN; and his siblings, Darren Hines (Cheryl) of Goshen, IN, Sara Ogle and Sean Hines. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
