He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Moore (Collins) and Emmett Moore; his wife Joyce Moore; and his son Timothy Martin Casanova-Moore. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Lee Moore Jr. and Ryan Emmett Moore; his stepdaughters, Tammy Watkins, Marie Watkins, Laura Bergman (Randall) and Tina Fisher (Matt); his grandchildren, Rachel Moore, Renae Moore, Zachary Hensley, Alexandria Napier, Austin Bergman, Ashley Watkins, Audree Bergman, Anthony Bergman, Miguel Watkins and Katelyn Watkins; and his great grandchildren, Timothy, Michael, Vayda, Lillith Moore, Jaxon, Ezekiel, Lily Hensley and Landon Bergman.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested any donations to be made to the funeral home in assistance for the funeral cost.
