He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Humphrey and Arlene Humphrey (Stewart); and his brother Jack Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Annabelle Amstutz (Annie); his children, Naomi Muselman (Roger) of Berne and Ted Humphrey (Cherie) of Palatine; his sister Jeanine McNabney (George) of Elgin, Ill.; his sisters-in-law, Marilyn Stucky of Pretty Prairie and Lucy Fawley of Winona Lake; his grandchildren, Sarah Muselman, Mark Muselman (Natalee), David Muselman, Jeremy Humphrey, Jaedon Humphrey, Elisha Humphrey, Reagan Humphrey, Cole Humphrey and Elliot Humphrey; and his nieces and nephews, Kathy Trim, Wendy Cermack, Kim Morris, Dennis Stucky, Lynn Stucky and Scott McNabney.

Preferred memorials may be made to Swiss Village Samaritan's Endowment Fund or Alzheimer's Association of Greater Indiana.
