She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Shaffer and Lula Shaffer (Wolfe); her husband Charles L. Dailey; her son Ron E. "Rounder" Dailey; her grandson T. J. Elzey; and her siblings, Don "Bud" Shaffer, Charles "Short" Shaffer, Jerry "Jug" Shaffer, Patsy Blew, Connie Hess and Debra Shaffer.
She is survived by: her children, Melinda "Mo" Case (Art Eichhorn) of Decatur, Indiana, Charles A. Dailey of Berne, Indiana and Dwayne L. Dailey of Berne, Indiana; her siblings, Bonnie Griggs of Owensboro, Kentucky, Babara Shaffer of Decatur, Indiana, Nancy Shaffer of Decatur, Indiana, Harlan "Bus" Shaffer (Patsy) of Monmouth, Indiana, David Shaffer of Decatur, Indiana, Larry Shaffer of Decatur, Indiana and Terry Shaffer (Carla) of Convoy, Ohio; her grandchildren, Troy Walker, Jamie Stout, Travis Case (Ashley), Michael Case and Briona Case; and her great grandchildren, Kobey Eaton, Kaiden Stout, Colt Case and Cora Case.
