She was predeceased by: her husband Gilly J. Kuhn; her parents, Cecil Emerson Smitley and Ethel Mae Smitley (Hunt); and her siblings, Anna Bollenbacher, Ronnie Smitley and William "Bill" Smitley.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas J. Kuhn (Karen) of Geneva, IN, Donald E. Kuhn (Gail) of Berne, IN and Cynthia Sue Reynolds (Randy) of Geneva, IN; her siblings, Richard E. Smitley (Karen) of Fort Wayne, IN, Karen Sue Hartman (Laverne) of Berne, IN and Jay Smitley (Maribeth) of Berne, IN; and her sisters-in-law, Madeline Smitley of Fort Wayne, IN, Norma Smitley of Dunkirk, IN, Carol Kuhn (Orla) of Bluffton, IN and Melody Bigler of Greenfield, IN. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, and 4 Great Grandchildren.
