He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas Roe and Vada Roe (Hough); his daughter Trena Roe; and his siblings, Don Roe, Ronnie Roe, Roger Roe, Richard Roe, Dennis Roe, Margie Rich and Bonnie Noll.
He is survived by: his children, Troy Roe of Decatur, Indiana, Tracie Reidenbach of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Bradley Roe (Airica) of Decatur, Indiana and Brandon Roe of Decatur, Indiana; and his sister Patricia Maxine Braun (Robert) of Decatur, Indiana. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren.
