He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Wulliman and Gertrude Wulliman (Sprunger); his former wife Connie Minnich; his siblings, Roberta Bertsch, Joyce Wilkins (Tom) and Clyde Wulliman; his sister-in-law Lois Wulliman; and his stepson Matthew Sprunger.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon K. Wulliman (Reinhard) of Berne, Indiana; his children, Kim Van Emon (Mark) of Chesterfield, Missouri, Kraig Wulliman (Rosy) of Virginia Beach, Virginia and Katrina Jones of Berne, Indiana; his stepchildren, Michelle Sprunger of Appleton, Wisconsin and Michael Sprunger of Berne, Indiana; his stepdaughter-in-law Chris Sprunger of Berne, Indiana; his siblings, Roscoe Wulliman of Berne, Indiana, Grace Claghorn (Ron) of Berne, Indiana and Gyneth Sutton (Mike) of Berne, Indiana; his sister-in-law Marge Wulliman of Berne, Indiana; his grandchildren, Nate Van Emon (Megan), Mamie Bertram (Jeff), Claire Wiggleton (Austin), Grant Wulliman, Heath Jones (Lauren) and Hunter Alanis (Alex); his stepgrandsons, Bryce Sprunger (Kelsey), Colburn Sprunger (Danie), Reece Sprunger and Andrew Sencio; his great grandchildren, Jack, Amelia, Will, Clark, Archie, Isabelle, Victoria, Oliver, Abigail, Warner, Adelyn and Jaxie; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Liam, Sawyer and Emersyn.
