She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bixler and Lucile Bixler (Kattmann); her children, Rick Steiner and Deborah Becknell; her grandson Matthew Steiner; and her sisters, Margaret Kwok, Janet Bixler and Ruth Alice Bixler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sondra Litwiller (Phil) and Kathy Liechty (Ted) of Berne; her children-in-law, Nancy Stevens (Ron) of Berne and Luke Becknell (Michelle) of Warsaw; her brother Roger Bixler (Emma Jane) of Berne; and her grandchildren, Andrew Steiner (Deby), Scott Steiner (Amber), Brian Becknell (Nikie), Craig Becknell (Val), Eric Litwiller (Corissa), Kyle Litwiller (Kaitlin), Jaci Moser (Heath) and Jon Liechty (Meghan Manley).
