She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva W. Roberts and Osa L. Roberts (Oxley); her husband Raymond J. Foster; and her siblings, Kenneth, Paul Roberts and Lillian Roberts.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa R. Arnold (Pastor Steve) of Portland and Kevin L. Foster (Lori) of Monroe; her grandchildren, Jesse Arnold, Sydney Arnold, Josh Foster (Julie), Travis Foster (Lindsay) and Kayla Foster; her great grandchildren, Jencee, Jaxsen, Jordyn, Judsen, Jarren Foster, Ryker and Kynlee Foster; her siblings, Lois Spears of Warren, George Roberts (Anita) of Roanoke and Sam Roberts of Warren; and her siblings-in-law, Bonnie Roberts and Wendell Foster (Judy).
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, masks are appreciated and strongly encouraged for the visitation and funeral service.
