She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Liechty and Sarah Anna Liechty (Felber); her brothers, Vernon D. Liechty (Ava) and Byron W. Liechty (Ruth Mary); her great-niece Renee Neuenschwander-Andrews; and her great-nephew Nicholas Liechty.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Becky Zehr (Brock) of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Tom Liechty of Decatur, Indiana, Rick Liechty (June) of Berne, Indiana, Jeff Liechty (Cheryl) of Berne, Indiana and Jenny Neuenschwander (Roger) of Berne, Indiana. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews; and many great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the First Mennonite Church (566 W Main St, Berne, IN 46711). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Preferred memorials can be given to the MCC Meat Canner.
