He is survived by: his wife Jane Velasco of Berne, Indiana; his sons, Kirk Velasco of Destin and Kyle Velasco (Tammy) of Parker Colorado; his son-in-law Mark Tomlin of Indianapolis, Indiana; his sisters, Alice Cortez (Rudy) of Bryan, Idalia Edwards (Paul) of Phoenix, Sylvia Velasco of Chesapeake, Lydia Wacker (Myron) of Fremont and Geneva Trejo of Wichita Falls, Texas; his sister-in-law Susie Velasco of Los Angeles, California; his grandsons, Ryan Tomlin (Brittnee), Grant Tomlin (Kiersten), Daniel Velasco and Andrew Velasco; his daughter Kim Christine Velasco Tomlin; and his siblings, Rachel Kuncewiez, Elida Castro, Elda Ortiz, John, Ruben and David Velasco.
