She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wilma Tabor, Gerald Wayne Lawton and Wendall Lawton; her nieces, Carolyn "Sue" Worley, Martha "Jean" Siebenthal Juszczyk and Margaret Lawton; and her siblings-in-law, Leota Sophia Lawton (Detwiler) and Jim Tabor.

She is survived by: her brother Kenny Lawton of Vevay, IN; her guardian Joan Lawton Boyer of Noblesville, IN; and her nieces and nephews, Kathryn "Kathy" Siebenthal Foster of Albuquerque, NM, Nancy Harden of Indianapolis, IN, Charles "Phil" Lawton of Indianapolis, IN and James "Jim" Lawton of Edwardsville, IL. She is also survived by many friends and neighbors.
