He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Rockwell and Almeda Rockwell. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda (Jim) and Cheri (Matt); and his grandchildren, Brandon (Carrie), Jeremy (Stephanie), David, Leeann (Jake) and Tayler. He is also survived by his eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Boys and Girls Club of Indianapolis, Kiwanis downtown chapter, or University Heights Christian Church- organizations he felt strongly about.
